Are you an emerging researcher, Master student, PhD candidate or emerging professional working in the integrated care field? Join ERIC!
The International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC) has launched the Emerging Researchers in Integrated Care (ERIC) group, which is a unique international platform founded to provide opportunities for emerging researchers and professionals to network, collaborate and engage in peer-to-peer relationships and/or mentorships.
It's free to join ERIC. All you need to do is become a community member of IFIC and join the ERIC group. You can find an easy how-to guide to becoming a member here.
Once you are a member, here are a few ways you can get involved:
- Join our Townhall meeting in January
- The Townhall is an opportunity for members and interested prospective members to “meet” up in the second week of January to hear more from ERIC and IFIC leadership about the plans for ERIC, and to provide feedback about our mentorship program and other activities. - Be a mentee or peer-mentor
- We are developing a peer-mentorship and senior-junior mentorship program. We've developed a guiding framework and surveys for both ends. The mentor/mentee program will roll out in early 2019, so keep on the look-out for more information coming soon!
- Be an International Journal of Integrated Care (IJIC) book reviewer
- We are looking for emerging researchers to read and write reviews about books that are highly relevant to the field of integrated care. The bonus would be receiving a free book to read, and of course having your review published in an acclaimed peer-reviewed journal. See more information about the IJIC here.
- Attend the dedicated ERIC events at the IFIC International Conference on Integrated Care 2019 (ICIC19)
- We have about 4 events scheduled for the last day of the ICIC19 conference in San Sebastian, ranging from how to write effective and publishable papers to a career panel by experts in the field sharing their insights on early career learnings.
